Welcome to the Grand Manan Museum web site! Our handsome village museum is located in the heart of Grand Harbour, halfway down the island from the ferry landing, at 1141 Route 776 across from the Community School.

The Museum has many more items on display than can be described on this web site. Information about exhibitions, and the evening programs & special events hosted by the museum throughout July and August, are posted on this web site, on our Facebook Page and Twitter site.

The Museum operates from membership and admission fees, donations, small grants, and help from many volunteers. We always have a "wish list" if you would like to help! Our Director/Curator is M. J. Edwards.

In 2019 the Museum will be open from June20 to September 20. The Archives are open by appointment, evenings and weekends, year round; and the Museum can be visited in the off season by arranging an appointment.
